  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini or elbow macaroni)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened (8-10 minutes).
