  • 16 ounces frozen corn kernels (or 3 cups fresh)
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • 7 ounces Cotija cheese, grated
  • Tajin seasoning or similar spice blend

Instructions
