  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In individual ramekins or one large baking dish, layer tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle seasonings over the mixture and bake for 25 minutes until vegetables soften.
