  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup miniature vegan marshmallow bits, divided

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In one bowl, beat together melted butter and brown sugar; add egg, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and sour cream.
