  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Fresh veggies: shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots

Instructions
