  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 small lemon
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 sheets pre-made puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut each puff pastry sheet into four squares.
  2. Brush the pastry squares with egg wash, fold into triangles, and seal edges.
  3. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 22-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  4. Prepare the berry jam by simmering blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thickened.
  5. For the cream filling, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
