  • 2 bottles (750ml each) dry rosé apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • Club soda for topping
  • Ice cubes for serving

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and slice strawberries into quarters; leave other berries whole.
  2. In a pitcher, combine dry rosé apple vinegar and apple juice.
  3. Add honey or simple syrup along with fresh lemon juice; stir until well combined.

  5. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
