  • 397 g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp) white chocolate
  • 100 g (½ cup) Biscoff spread
  • 130 g (1 cup + ⅓ cup) Biscoff biscuits
  • 0.5 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" x 8" tray with baking paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe dish, melt the white chocolate in short bursts until smooth. Alternatively, use a bain marie for melting.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and salt to the melted chocolate; mix until fully combined.
  4. Reserve 4-5 biscuits and crush the remainder into small pieces; fold them into the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the lined tray, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Break the reserved biscuits and sprinkle them on top; gently press them in.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before cutting into pieces.
