  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (divided)

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix blueberries, peaches, lemon juice, vanilla extract, half of the sugar, and half of the flour until well coated. Let sit.
  3. In another bowl, combine remaining flour, oats, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour fruit mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle topping evenly over it.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
