  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, melted butter, minced garlic, honey, warm water, salt, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper to create the sauce.
