  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups leftover shredded beef brisket
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
  2. In the pot, combine milk, cream, and broth. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in both cheeses until melted and smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, turmeric, and black pepper; mix well.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
