  • 1/21 cup shredded cheddar cheese (to taste)
  • 3/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced yellow onion and minced garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add lean ground beef to the skillet, seasoning generously with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
