  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (5.1 oz) box butterscotch instant pudding mix
  • 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a stand mixer, combine softened butter and both sugars until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together salt, baking soda, and pudding mix.
  5. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet ingredients, followed by the flour until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the butterscotch chips and white chocolate chips.
  7. Chill the dough for 15–20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  8. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 7–9 minutes or until light golden brown on top.
