  • 1 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning and sear in a skillet with olive oil until browned; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic before adding heavy cream, milk, cream cheese, and cheeses until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked penne into the sauce, add steak tips back to the skillet, mix gently to combine.
  5. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
