  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Season as desired and drain excess grease.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, frozen potatoes, both soups, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
