  • 1 (3 oz) cherry vegan gelatin mix
  • 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a zip-top bag, combine cheesecake pudding mix, cherry vegan gelatin mix, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles; mix well.
  3. Place rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Melt vanilla almond bark in the microwave: heat for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another minute until smooth.
  5. Pour melted almond bark over the cereal and gently stir to coat.
  6. Transfer the coated cereal into the zip-top bag with the powdered sugar mixture; seal tightly and shake until evenly coated.
