  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and cool on a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Roll each noodle with about 1/4 cup filling and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
