  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • Turkey bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss with sliced chicken and dressing.
