  • 12 oz linguine pasta

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in a large pot of salted water until al dente (9-11 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter. Sear chicken strips seasoned with Cajun spice for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and milk; bring to a simmer.

  5. Combine cooked linguine with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
