  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion softens.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika; cook for another minute.

  5. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  6. Stir in half and half (or milk) and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
