  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Naan (warmed, for serving)
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in coconut oil until golden brown.
