Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix warm milk and melted butter. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients along with eggs and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rise in a greased bowl covered with a cloth for about 60 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with chocolate chips, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Roll up tightly from one end to form a log; cut into equal portions and place them in a greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake for about 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
