  • 370 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the raspberries start releasing their juices.
  2. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 8 minutes, stirring regularly until thickened and berries are broken down.
  3. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl using a spatula to push the mixture through for maximum pulp extraction.
