  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken evenly and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Assemble by placing ramen noodles in bowls, pouring broth over them, topping with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
