  • 45 cups flour

  • 7 oz vegan Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Red paprika flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water and dry yeast in a mixing bowl (if using). Let it sit until frothy.
  2. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine spinach, onion, vegan Feta, red paprika flakes, black pepper, tomato paste, and salt to create the filling.
  4. After the dough rises, divide it into equal portions and roll each into thin circles.
  5. Place filling on one half of each circle and fold over to seal.
