  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 5 chocolate covered almonds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing with melted dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Press into a tart pan.
  2. For the filling, heat heavy cream until simmering, then mix in chopped dark and milk chocolates until smooth. Beat chilled butter with white chocolate, then combine mixtures.
