  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives

  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Warm refried beans in the microwave; spread over one tortilla.
  5. Layer cooked beef on top, add another tortilla.
  6. Spread enchilada sauce, sprinkle cheeses, and add fresh toppings.
  7. Repeat layering for remaining tortillas.
  8. Bake assembled pizzas for about 5 minutes until cheese melts.
