Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until foamy.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt; knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  4. Shape into pretzels by cutting the dough into pieces and rolling into ropes.
