  • 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions, keeping it warm.
  2. Steam broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and celery for about 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce or tamari, garlic powder (or minced garlic), and a pinch of pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for about 3-4 minutes until crispy. Flip gently, spoon glaze over salmon, and cook another 3-4 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
