  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 13 grams sugar
  • 6 grams salt
  • 170 grams sliced turkey turkey pepperoni
  • 170 grams sliced Genoa turkey slices
  • 170 grams sliced chicken chicken ham or turkey slices
  • 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 15 milliliters water (for egg wash)
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water; let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt; add yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until dough forms; knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl; cover and let rise in a warm area for 60–90 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; layer turkey turkey pepperoni, turkey slices, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper (if using), and garlic seasoning.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log; pinch edges to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet; brush with egg wash and score the top.
  8. Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
