Ingredients

  • 24 black olives
  • 1 medium cucumber (sliced)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp dried chives

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, green onions, and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or Ziploc with a cut corner.
  3. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice generously.
  4. Place one whole black olive on top of each slice as the spider body.
  5. Cut remaining olives in half lengthwise and slice each half into four pieces for spider legs.
  6. Arrange four leg pieces on each side of the olive body to form spiders.
  7. Serve immediately or chill before serving for added freshness.
