  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the topping ingredients until crumbly and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
