  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 small onion (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 6 slices turkey slices
  • 6 slices provolone cheese or 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, minced onion, Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  4. Spread the meat mixture into a rectangle on the lined baking sheet.
