  • 1 3-pound boneless chicken (substitute turkey or beef if desired)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 10 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup scallions, minced
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • dozen soft slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake bacon or turkey bacon on a parchment-lined tray until crispy; chop into pieces.
  3. Slice the chicken thinly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder; mix well.
  5. Add the chopped bacon to the dip mixture.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing the creamy mixture between slider rolls and layering sliced chicken on top; close with roll tops.
  7. Place sliders in a baking pan and brush with melted butter. Cover and bake for 10 minutes; remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
