  • 3 tbsp sparkling sugar (or regular sugar)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cardamom.

  5. Pour the batter into muffin tins about two-thirds full and sprinkle with sparkling sugar.
