  • ½ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 38 oz. packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup salted butter (½ stick)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 6 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup salted butter (softened)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, flour, vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream; mix in eggs one at a time until blended.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with cornstarch. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by half the peaches. Repeat the layers.
  4. Bake for about 75 minutes or until set in the center; cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  5. Prepare topping by mixing cake mix with softened butter and brown sugar; sprinkle on top before serving.
