  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 3-quart ceramic baking dish.
  2. Wash and slice the peaches into wedges. In a large bowl, combine peaches with sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and lemon juice; toss to coat.
