  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup jelly (grape or strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix until just combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Dollop jelly over the batter and swirl gently with a knife. Add the remaining batter on top and repeat with more jelly.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
