  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
