  • ½ cup pistachio paste
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 can croissant dough (8 oz)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine pistachio paste, powdered sugar, and heavy cream; whisk until smooth. Optional: add green food coloring.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Unroll croissant dough and cut into triangles; place half a tablespoon of pistachio crème on one side and chocolate on the other.
  5. Fold the dough over to seal tightly and arrange on the baking sheet seam-side down.
