  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced turkey turkey pepperoni
  • 1 cup refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5–7 minutes and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and pizza sauce. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Press half of the pizza dough into a greased pie dish to form the crust.
  5. Layer the beef mixture into the crust followed by mozzarella cheese and turkey turkey pepperoni.
  6. Roll out the remaining dough and place it over the filling; seal the edges tightly.
  7. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
