  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve the icing.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal, and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter.
  5. Layer half of the coated roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the butter mixture over them, then repeat with remaining rolls and butter.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Cool for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Mix the reserved icing with remaining pumpkin pie spice and drizzle over the warm bread.
