- 1 pound chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 pound diced fresh pineapple
- 12 ounces fresh blueberries
- 12 ounces red grapes, halved
- 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 3 mandarin oranges
- 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons lime zest (from 2 medium limes)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- Thoroughly wash all fruits. Chop strawberries, dice pineapple, halve grapes, peel and dice kiwis, segment mandarins, and slice bananas if using.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest, and lime juice until smooth.
