  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the trimmed asparagus and halved radishes on a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and lightly browned, turning halfway through.
