  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine the beef mixture with frozen potatoes, corn, diced tomatoes with juice, cream of mushroom soup, and broth or milk.
  4. Add seasonings and mix well.
