  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Arrange the halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker and drizzle with half of the melted butter and olive oil. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the potatoes.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is fork-tender and potatoes are cooked through.
