  • 3 large bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine hot beef broth, soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, black pepper, salt, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Place beef strips in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Add sliced peppers, onions, and minced garlic.
  3. Set slow cooker to LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours. Stir halfway through cooking if possible.
  4. Once cooked, stir well and serve over rice or noodles.
