  • 1 cup mixed strawberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (adjustable)
  • 8 cups water (2 cups for brewing, 6 cups for diluting)
  • Fresh berries and mint for garnish
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice strawberries, then puree in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan, remove from heat, and steep tea bags for 15-20 minutes.
  3. In another saucepan, combine strawberry puree, sugar, and 1 cup of water; simmer until syrupy.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove pulp.
  5. Combine brewed tea with strawberry syrup in a large pitcher, add remaining cold water, and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice, garnishing with fresh berries and mint.
