  • 2 large eggs
  • Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and crack in the eggs, cooking until whites are set but yolks remain runny (about 2-3 minutes).
