  • 2 (16 oz) packs of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (14.25 oz) box white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz) pack strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (24.3 oz) tub no-bake cheesecake filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Slice one side of each strawberry flat and chop the rest into small pieces. Combine chopped strawberries with sugar and refrigerate.
  2. Bake the cake: Preheat oven as per cake mix instructions using egg whites. Mix all ingredients until smooth, pour into greased 9×13 baking dish, and bake at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
  3. Make the jello: Dissolve jello mix in boiling water.
  4. Poke holes: After baking, poke holes in the warm cake using a wooden spoon handle and pour jello mixture over it. Chill for at least one hour.
